A provocative collaboration between dancer Natasha Torres-Garner and Ian Mozdzen, “Joy” is a 10-minute character study/movement exploration of material sourced from a full-length work being developed by Ian – Obscene.  Presented within Young Lungs Dance Exchange’s May 2007 LINK performance showcase, “Joy” challenged audiences to confront raw passions and emotions as they witnessed lovers reliving their tumultuous past of primal conflict and deep love. Ian and Natasha look forward to further investigation of this material under the direction of choreographer Tom Stroud.
